pre-microwave, chop choc w/a steak knife...

Chocolate ganache
1 oz bittersweet choc
2 T heavy cream

Rough chop th chocolate, with a serrated knife and melt the two together in double boiler or in the microwave (30 sec, stir and then another 5-10 sec, if needed)…

Yields about 2 oz ganache…
