Quick Meatballs
1.25 lb ground meat
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c ketchup
3/4-1 c cornbread crumbs (or cracker crumbs)
2 tsp ea: poultry seasoning, italian seasoning, basil, garlic pwd
1 tsp ea: s/p, rosemary, onion pwd

Mix well and shape in small 1 T size balls. Add to sauce cut with 1/2 c water and simmer covered about 15 mins or so.
